For International parcels: Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays due to Coronavirus COVID-19. They are working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. However, due to the ever-changing situation, delays may occur in all destination countries.

Orders received on weekends and or on Australian public holiday will not be processed until the following Monday or business day.

In the event where the package is unable to be delivered due to wrong or incorrect address, and if the package gets redirected to Jomie Bikini marked as unclaimed or unable to be delivered, we do not offer free shipping back to the customer.
