Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Jomie Bikini accepts exchanges only.

We will happily exchange any items sold at regular price provided they are unworn, unmarked, unwashed and in original condition with all garment tags attached and sanitary hygiene liner still intact. 

We do not offer store credits or refunds, so please choose your swimwear carefully. Our policy is an Exchange Only Policy.

Our returns and exchange policy lasts 7 days after the order has been confirmed delivery. If 7 days have gone by since the order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be returned and exchanged. Unfortunately all items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  

FAULTY ITEMS & INCORRECT ORDER

We check every item before they are shipped. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, or an incorrect order, please contact us at hello@jomiebikini.com within 7 days of receiving and we will organize a replacement for you.

If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement, you may be refunded. 

If you have received an incorrect order or faulty merchandise, any shipping charges you paid will be refunded.

Please note that if you wear the received incorrect order or faulty merchandise this voids any exchange. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

We only accept returns and exchange if the following conditions are met:
  • Item/s must be unworn (aside from fitting), unused, unmarked, unwashed and in the same original condition that you received it.
  • Item/s must also be in the original packaging with all garment tags attached and sanitary hygiene liner still intact.
  • Underwear must be worn when trying on items.
Jomie Bikini reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender at the sender’s cost, should the merchandise not abide by this policy. 

There are certain situations where exchanges are deemed void:
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, altered or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange your merchandise, please follow the easy steps below:

 

STEP 1 – EMAIL US TO REQUEST A RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER & EXCHANGE FORM

Contact us at hello@jomiebikini.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Please be sure to include your Order Number, and exchange reason in this email. Once your returns request has been approved, we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation number and an Exchange Form.

 

STEP 2 – COMPLETE THE EXCHANGE FORM

Print and complete the Exchange Form and enclose it with your exchange. 

 

STEP 3 – SAFELY PACK
The merchandise must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving a Returns Authorisation number. Please ensure the merchandise is:

  • Securely packed in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene label intact.
  • A completed Exchange Form is enclosed in the package.
  • The Returns Authorisation number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

 

STEP 4 – SAFELY SHIP

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend to send your package using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. Jomie Bikini is not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.

 

STEP 5 – TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE AND CONFIRMATION 

Once we have received your package for exchange purposes, we will inspect the merchandise to ensure that it has been sent back to us in the same original condition in which it was shipped to you, with all garment tags attached and sanitary hygiene liner still intact.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item. You will receive an email confirmation once we have received and shipped your exchange. Once shipped, the parcel will be subject to the same shipping delivery time frame outlined under "SHIPPING".

 

Note: Jomie Bikini does not cover any exchange shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping and handling charges.
